401K Benefits

Employees are eligible after one month of service with ITPI. Enrollment is on the first of each month.

Employees may elect to contribute pre-tax dollars into the plan up to $14,000 in 2005. ($18,000 if over age 50). This contribution will be deducted from paychecks when eligible if election is made.

ITPI makes a discretionary match at the end of each year. For example, at the end of 2004, ITPI decided that for anyone who contributed in the plan in 2004, a match of 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of the employees contribution was given as an employer match.
