This process begins with a
profile conversation between you and one of our recruiters
to learn about ... you. Our initial profile conversation
covers many traditional elements and much more. IT
professionals are unique people. As different as the
human mind works from one person to the next, ITPI
recognizes the need to treat each person we deal with
accordingly. Success criteria is having gained definitive
knowledge and setting direction for your placement
strategy.... together.
Once the profile conversation
is complete, the placement strategy takes on a more
detailed screening. All candidates are invited into
our office (when possible) to meet with our recruiting
professionals to discuss issues that go beyond traditional
technology skills. Discussion points that are covered
in our one-on-one interviews include:
- Technical skills & experience
- General employment requirements
- Vocational background and
goals
- Occupational priorities
- Financial history and goals
- Sincerity
Once all information is gathered
and a "good match" is found, our recruiting
and marketing professionals work as a team with you
to present your skills to our client. Our marketing
staff will take care of making all necessary arrangements
to provide you with the opportunity to meet our clients.
Special consideration is given to the point where
each candidate meets with a member of our marketing
staff at the client site to prepare for the interview.
Our maeketing staff will personally introduce you
to the client. All follow-up activities are our responsibility.
We discuss your viability with the client along with
your desire to pursue the opportunity. ITPI will actually
meet you for your first day to ensure you get your
