Benefits
Life and Disability Insurance (for employee only)
Group Life Insurance and short/long term disability insurancee is currently provided by Sun Life Financial.
- Basic Group Term Life - $20,000.00 Accidental Death & Dismemberment
- Short Term Disability: 60% of salary to $900.00 weeklu maximum waiting period: accident, 1 day; sickness, 8 days; 13 weeks duration for both
- Long Term Disability: 60% if salary - $4000.00 monthly maximum benefit.
