Q: Are the Contract positions with your company temporary ?
A: ITPI. is not a temporary agency. We offer a full benefits package, medical/dental/vacation/paid holidays and a 401k. We will not talk to you about short term assignments if you are currently employed. ITPI will not jeopardize you or your family by misleading you .

Q: How do you place people?

Q: Would ITPI send my resume to clients without my permission?
A: We will not do anything without your permission. We explain the position to you and if you are interested and it matches your career goals, only then we will submit your resume.

Q: Why is contract to hire better than being hired on a permanent basis?
A: It allows you a chance to work for a company to see if the chemistry is there before you commit yourself to one company.

Q: What is ITPI's policy on bench time?
A: We are committed to hiring only the best I.T. professionals that are easily marketed to many client accounts and work to find our consultants their next contract prior to their current contract ending. In the event that there is some bench time, we pay our consultants their normal salary.

Q: Does the candidate have to pay a fee for ITPI's service?
A: This is a free service to I.T. professionals. Our clients pay a fee to us if we place a person in a permanent position.

Q: Does ITPI have a non-compete?
A: There are no non-competes to sign with ITPI.

Q: Are client's allowed to hire ITPI consultants?
A: We allow our clients to hire our candidates. It is free to the client after 6 months and is pro-rated on a monthly basis if it is prior to 6 months. This is good for both the candidate and the client so that they can both determine if it is a good match for each other.

Q: Does ITPI obtain permission from a candidate to send a resume to a client?
A: We always ask permission to forward a resume to our client so that we can be sure that we are not duplicating a resume to the same client or if the candidate is not interested in being represented at that particular company.
