Group Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability: Eligible employees will be enrolled in a short/long term disability plan and Group Life Insurance plan through Sun Life & Health Insurance Company at no cost to the employee.
401k Plan: Employees who are at least 21 years of age and who have completed at least three full months of service are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401k Plan through pre-tax payroll deductions.
